BE FRIENDS HLDG (01450) announced that, effective January 27, 2026, Mr. Li Jun, an Executive Director and the current Chairman of the Board, will step down from his role as Chairman but will continue to serve as an Executive Director. Furthermore, Mr. Li Liang, an Executive Director, will be appointed as the new Chairman.
