公告显示，回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍为3,001,701,447股，库藏股数量为0。公司回购授权于2026年5月27日获得通过，授权总额为300,170,144股，至今公司已累计回购41,682,000股，占该授权通过当日已发行股本的约1.39%。本次回购完成后，新股发行或库藏股再出售、转让的暂止期截至2026年8月8日。
