优博控股有限公司（08529）8月26日在港交所披露，公司董事会已委任独立非执行董事马淑莲女士为提名委员会成员，任命自2026年8月26日起生效。
本次调整后，提名委员会成员人数维持四人，分别为汤远涛先生（委员会主席）、马淑莲女士、陈爱发先生及王乐民先生。公告指出，委员会中现有一名不同性别的成员，且独立非执行董事继续占多数，符合香港联交所GEM上市规则附录C1企业管治守则B.3.5条的规定。
公司董事会表示，此次任命有助于进一步完善提名委员会的性别多元化配置，并提升公司整体的企业管治水平。
截至公告日，优博控股董事会由四名执行董事（汤远涛先生、陈启亮先生、石锦斌先生、谭明华先生）、一名非执行董事（黄梓麟先生）及三名独立非执行董事（陈爱发先生、马淑莲女士、王乐民先生）组成。公告已在香港联交所及公司官网发布，供投资者查阅。
