Hanvey Group Holdings Limited (08219) released its monthly return on equity securities for January 2026. The total authorised share capital remained at HKD100,000,000, comprising 1,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HKD0.1 each. No increase or decrease took place in the authorised share capital during the reporting period.
As of 31 January 2026, the total number of issued shares stood at 247,500,000 with no movement in issued or treasury shares. The public float requirement of 25% was stated to be in compliance. The share option scheme adopted on 20 June 2018 reflected no newly issued shares, and up to 10,000,000 shares may be issued under this scheme.
