2026年7月13日，鞍钢股份（00347）发布盈利警告称，按未经审计管理账目初步测算，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月归属于公司股东的净利润约为亏损20.47亿元，同比增亏约83.59%。同期，扣除非经常性损益后归属于公司股东的净利润约为亏损21.09亿元，同比增亏约71.32%。
报告期内，预计基本每股亏损约0.218元；上年同期经追溯调整后为每股亏损0.119元。
公司表示，2026年上半年钢铁行业供大于求局面未改，钢材售价低迷，同时铁矿石、焦煤等原燃料价格维持高位，导致购销两端“剪刀差”持续收窄，利润空间进一步压缩。尽管公司通过稳产优产和内部管控在第二季度经营情况环比改善，但整体仍处于亏损。
