CBK Holdings Sets 29 May 2026 Board Meeting to Approve September-Half Results; Trading to Stay Suspended

CBK Holdings Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 29 May 2026. The agenda includes approving the unaudited consolidated financial results for the six months ended 30 September 2025 and considering a potential dividend declaration.

Trading in CBK Holdings’ shares has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 2 July 2025 and will remain halted until all conditions outlined in the Stock Exchange’s Resumption Guidance are satisfied. The company reiterated its advice for shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities and to seek independent professional advice if in doubt.

The announcement was authorised by Chairman and Executive Director Mr Tang Chu Ming and released in Hong Kong on 15 May 2026. The board currently comprises four executive directors, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors. The notice remains available on the Stock Exchange website for at least seven days and is also posted on the company’s website.
