ETS GROUP LIMITED（简称“ETS”，股份代号：8031）2026年2月27日发布公告，称宏进贸易有限公司（下称“宏进贸易”）已就收购ETS全部已发行股份（扣除宏进贸易及其一致行动人士持有部分）提出强制性无条件现金要约。作价为每股0.276港元。
公告披露，宏进贸易已在今年1月14日完成以每股0.276港元购入 ETS 210,000,000股，约占已发行股本总额71.04%。加上其一致行动人士直接持有的其他股份，宏进贸易方面目前合计持有约71.05%的ETS股份。此次强制性无条件现金要约适用于剩余85,591,000股，并于公告日起至2026年3月20日下午四时正开放接纳。
根据公告，ETS合计发行295,625,000股，公司主要从事多媒体客户联络中心服务及系统解决方案业务，现无未行使之可转换或认股权等证券。宏进贸易表示，此次要约呈递后，拟维持ETS于港交所的上市地位。
