5月11日，港股内房股盘中拉升，富力地产涨超12%，雅居乐集团涨超4%，世茂集团、融创中国、金辉控股、万科企业、龙湖集团涨超3%。
消息面上，近日，多地密集出台房地产政策。深圳定向放宽福田、南山、宝安新安街道限购门槛，公积金贷款最高提至351万元。广州公积金贷款最高360万元，发放“卖旧买新”补贴，放宽商转公贷款条件。天津收购存量商品房用作保障性住房，发放购房补贴。武汉自5月1日起按区认定首套住房，公积金异地贷款取消户籍限制，新城区购房首套补贴1.5%、二套补贴1%。
国金证券发布研报称，往前看，地产政策的落地有助于楼市延续“小阳春”的热度，重点城市“五一”期间楼市的升温也印证了这一点。当前二手房市场的供需正在发生边际变化，并为后续重点城市房价的止跌提供支撑。26个重点城市二手房挂牌量同环比均出现回落，但代表需求侧的实时成交量仍在改善。4月以来，楼市再度出现止跌迹象。预计随着挂牌量的回落，房价止跌的态势将更加稳固。
