Consumer Finance Trio Reveals First-Half Results: Combined Profits Near 3 Billion Yuan

On August 27, the release of Transfar Zhilian's 2026 semi-annual report revealed the operational metrics of its associate, Ant Consumer Finance. During the first half of 2026, Ant Consumer Finance posted total assets of 318.55 billion yuan and net assets of 30.137 billion yuan, alongside operating revenue of 10.915 billion yuan and a net profit of 1.942 billion yuan.

On the same day, Industrial Bank published its 2026 interim report, disclosing the financial performance of its subsidiary, Industrial Consumer Finance. As of the end of the reporting period, Industrial Consumer Finance recorded total assets of 62.987 billion yuan and net assets of 13.154 billion yuan. The company generated operating revenue of 3.893 billion yuan and a net profit of 742 million yuan during the reporting period, with outstanding loan balances reaching 61.674 billion yuan.

During the first six months of 2026, Shangcheng Consumer Finance reported total assets of 32.87 billion yuan, net assets of 2.934 billion yuan, and loan balances of 32.939 billion yuan. The company achieved a net profit of 155 million yuan for the period.

In August 2017, Bank of Shanghai, in partnership with Ctrip Travel Network Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and other investors, jointly established Shanghai Shangcheng Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. Currently, Shangcheng Consumer Finance has a registered capital of 1.624 billion yuan, with Bank of Shanghai holding a 42.74% stake as its largest shareholder.
