Oriental Enterprise Holdings Limited (“Oriental Enterprise”) published its monthly return for equity issuers and Hong Kong Depositary Receipts for the period ended 31 October 2025. Oriental Enterprise further noted that the company has no authorized share capital and has not issued any share options, warrants, convertibles, or additional share arrangements during this period. The return was submitted on 3 November 2025 by the Company Secretary, reflecting no movements in the issued shares as of the reporting date.
