Hong Kong, 7 May 2026—Almana Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Guo Xiaoyun, aged 43, as a non-executive director, effective immediately, enlarging the Board to nine members.

Professional profile • Two decades of management experience spanning immigration consultancy, financial planning, asset management, and labour-service solutions. • Recent post: General Manager of the Inner Mongolia Branch of Shenzhen Haomeng Enterprise Management Holdings Company Limited—an indirect wholly-owned firm of Almana Co-Chairman Mr. Cheung Chi Wing. • Former roles include General Manager of Ordos Tongda Labor Services Company Limited (2013–2020) and Deputy/Marketing Manager at Beijing Xingdong Ordos Trading Company Limited (2005–2013). • Holds a bachelor’s degree in law from The Open University of China.

Equity interest and terms of service • Indirectly owns 5.58 million shares (4.90% of issued share capital) through wholly-owned Ylfon Investment Limited. • Entered a three-year service agreement, terminable by either party on three months’ notice. • Entitled to a director’s fee of HK$40,000 per month plus discretionary bonus. • Will retire and be eligible for re-election at the next annual general meeting, and thereafter be subject to rotation under company bye-laws.
