The company’s authorised share capital remained at 6.04 billion ordinary shares with a par value of RMB 1 each, split between 2.02 billion H shares and 4.01 billion domestic shares.

Zhejiang Expressway confirmed compliance with the Main Board Rule 13.32B public-float requirement, maintaining at least the 25% free-float threshold for its H share class.
The filing, signed by Company Secretary Tony Zheng, also attested that all statutory and listing-rule prerequisites related to the company’s securities remained fully satisfied during the reporting month.
