当前，美国多家企业纷纷反映驾驶员短缺问题，而联邦官员仍在持续收紧商业车辆驾驶资格的移民管控。
Delco表示，投资者应将这笔用于引进新驾驶员的投入视为积极信号，彰显了J.B. Hunt对增长的战略聚焦。至于燃油成本，他透露，公司从第二季度到第三季度至少面临1000万美元的环比逆风。本周柴油价格已攀升至每加仑6.29美元，同比暴涨68%。
“我们正经历前所未见的极端且异常波动的燃油价格，”Delco如是说，字里行间透露出对成本压力的深切担忧。
