BG BLUE SKY (06828) announced that on September 26, 2025, the company entered into a syndicated financing agreement with multiple financial institutions. Under the agreement, the company serves as the borrower while several financial institutions act as lenders for an offshore RMB 1.2 billion term loan facility.
The syndicated financing arrangement will mature 36 months from the date of the company's initial drawdown of the facility.
