Ruixin International Group (00724) announced that, following the recommendation of the company's audit committee, Tianjian International Certified Public Accountants Limited has been appointed as the new auditor of the company. The appointment is effective from January 9, 2026, to fill the interim vacancy created by the resignation of ShineWing. The term of the new auditor will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting. Furthermore, the trading halt on the company's shares remains in effect.
