消息面上，AST SpaceMobile周四晚些时候表示，计划回购其最多1.35亿美元的、票面利率为4.25%的2032年到期的可转换优先票据。此次回购的部分资金将来源于一次A类普通股的注册直接发行所筹集的资金。另外，AST SpaceMobile表示，拟通过私募发行2032年到期的可转换优先票据筹集5亿美元资金。该公司还表示，计划授予初始购买方一项期权，允许其额外购买最多7500万美元的票据。
