康健国际医疗(03886)公告显示，截至2025年12月31日止年度，若排除“其他收益及亏损净额”后，集团预计录得经营溢利介乎0.613亿至0.963亿港元，股东应占部分则介乎0.265亿至0.416亿港元。对比2024年同期，集团当时录得经营溢利约0.709亿港元，其中股东应占部分约0.254亿港元。据此测算，股东应占经调整净利润在2025年度的同比增幅约在4.3%至63.8%之间。
公告指出，集团由上一年度亏损转为盈利主要受到多项因素推动，包括投资物业公平值亏损减少、联营公司权益及商誉的减值亏损减轻，以及联营公司由亏损转为盈利。其中，这些变化均对经营溢利产生正面影响。
鉴于集团仍在对评估及估值结果进行更新，相关数据或将作出进一步调整。整体而言，公告中的数据及管理层评估显示，集团2025年度业绩明显改善。
