Zero2IPO Holdings Inc. disclosed that on 1 September 2026 it repurchased 18,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$1.42 and HK$1.48 per share, representing a volume-weighted average of HK$1.44. The transaction cost totaled HK$25,836.
As the shares are being held as treasury stock rather than cancelled, total issued share capital remains unchanged at 305.07 million shares. The outstanding share count, excluding treasury shares, decreased marginally by 0.006 percent to 294.04 million, while the treasury-share balance increased to 11.03 million.
The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 21 May 2026, under which the company is authorised to repurchase up to 29.64 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.32 million shares, equal to 0.78 percent of the issued share base at the time the mandate was granted.
Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, Zero2IPO is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 1 October 2026 following this latest repurchase.
