上海龙旗科技股份有限公司（龙旗科技，股票代码：09611）于2026年8月21日发布翌日披露报表，公告当日通过上海证券交易所回购公司A股91,200股，约占回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）总数的0.0197%。本次回购用于股权激励计划及/或员工持股计划，每股回购价格介乎人民币36.30元至人民币36.60元，合计支付人民币3,323,380元（约332.34万元），回购后公司已发行股本总数仍为470,331,544股，其中不含库藏股的已发行股份数为462,586,756股，库藏股数为7,744,788股。
公司表示，此次回购已获得董事会正式授权，并符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。上述公告由公司联席公司秘书周良梁签署。
