中国冶金科工股份有限公司(下称“公司”)于2026年2月6日发布翌日披露报表，披露当日分别回购H股及A股。公司H股于香港联交所上市，股票代码01618；A股于上海证券交易所上市，股票代码601618。
根据公告，2026年2月6日公司在香港联交所以每股1.83港元至1.85港元的价格回购H股约68.5万股，涉资约126.08万港元，约占回购前已发行H股的0.02386%。公司在上海证券交易所以每股3.03元至3.07元人民币的价格回购A股约157.4万股，涉资约479.93万元人民币，约占回购前已发行A股的0.00882%。回购后，公司H股及A股已发行总数分别维持在约28.71亿股和178.53亿股。公告显示，H股回购授权于2026年1月16日获通过，剩余可回购额度为2.871亿股。公司同时确认已遵守香港联交所及相关法律法规的规定。
上述回购事项由公司联席公司秘书常琦签署。
