DBS buys 2.85 million UI Boustead REIT units in IPO stabilisation

UI Boustead REIT said that stabilising manager DBS Bank purchased 2,849,500 of its units on Mar, 24 2026 at between 0.805 and 0.810 Singapore dollars per unit.

The purchases were conducted under the price-stabilisation programme linked to the trust’s initial public offering. United Overseas Bank acted alongside DBS as joint issue manager, global coordinator, bookrunner and underwriter for the listing.

UI Boustead REIT, constituted on Jul, 3 2025, holds 23 logistics, industrial, Hi-Specs industrial and business space assets in Singapore and Japan with a total agreed property value of about 1.904 billion Singapore dollars. The REIT is managed by UIB REIT Management, a wholly owned unit of its sponsor, UIB Holdings.
