Y.T. Realty Announces Senior Management Reshuffle: New Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent Appointed

Y.T. Realty Group Limited has reported a series of senior management changes effective 15 May 2026.

Mr. Butt Ka Cheuk will resign from three key positions—Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and Process Agent under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance. The board confirmed that Mr. Butt has no disagreement with the directors and that no matters related to his departure require shareholder attention.

Taking over as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative on the same effective date is Ms. Cheung Bo Man. A practising solicitor in Hong Kong, Ms. Cheung is a partner at Ronald Tong & Co. and currently serves as company secretary of China Display Optoelectronics Technology Holdings Limited and as an independent non-executive director of Shenghui Cleanness Group Holdings Limited. She holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Hong Kong.

Additionally, executive director Ms. Li Li has been appointed as Process Agent with effect from 15 May 2026.

The board expressed gratitude to Mr. Butt for his contributions and welcomed Ms. Cheung to her new roles.

As of the announcement date, the board comprises three executive directors—Wong Hy Sky (Chairman and Managing Director), Liu Jie and Li Li—and three independent non-executive directors—Luk Yu King, James; Leung Yu Ming, Steven; and Lai Degang.
