消息面上，中指研究院数据显示，2026年上半年TOP100房企实现全口径销售额15863.6亿元，同比降幅较1-5月收窄1.3个百分点，降幅已连续四个月缩窄；6月单月，百强房企销售额环比增长11.8%，核心城市房地产市场活跃度提升，带动重点房企销售业绩降幅缩小。
