CISI FIN (06058) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, CISI Investment, purchased notes with a total principal of $15.06 million (approximately HKD 118 million) in the open market between August 8, 2025, and December 1, 2025. The total consideration amounted to approximately $13.7427 million (around HKD 108 million).
