嘉泓物流于2026年4月28日发布澄清公告，指出此前刊发的2025年年报（中英文版本）中“业绩及股息”一节有无意文书错误，并作出修订。公告显示，董事会建议派发2025财年末期股息每股普通股0.01港元，总额为3,004,890港元，较2024财年每股普通股派息金额（0.01港元）保持不变。
根据公告，该末期股息尚待2026年5月29日（星期五）召开的股东周年大会批准。若获通过，派息将于2026年7月17日（星期五）向2026年6月26日（星期五）名列公司股东名册的股东派付，2025年年报其他信息则保持不变。
