至源控股有限公司（股票代码：00990）于2026年7月22日发布公告称，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购股份，共回购5,910,000股，占回购前已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）约0.04%。本次回购每股价格介乎0.53港元至0.54港元，总金额约318.23万港元。
根据公告，本次股份回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）由2026年7月21日的14,792,344,631股减少至14,786,434,631股，库藏股份从9,000,000股增至14,910,000股，总股本依然维持14,801,344,631股。
公司于2026年6月30日获得股份回购授权，授权可回购股份总数约为14.80亿股。公告显示，截至本次回购后，基于该授权已累计回购14,910,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数的0.1007%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
