Wise Living Technology Co., Ltd (Stock Code: 02481) has announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, 20 March 2026. The meeting’s agenda includes:
• Reviewing and approving the audited consolidated financial results of Wise Living Tech and its subsidiaries for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
• Deliberating on the declaration and amount of a potential final dividend.
The notice was issued by Chairman and Executive Director Li Baoshan on 10 March 2026.
