根据公告，喜相逢集团在2026年上半年实现营收合计7.61亿元，同比下降1.0%。经调整净利润为18.2百万元，同比下降25.2%。集团整体毛利率保持在29.2%，与去年同期30.0%的水平接近；销售及营销费用同比上升4.1%，行政开支同比下降5.6%，研发投入规模与上年同期保持稳定。经营活动现金流由上年同期的-30.9百万元上升至170.3百万元。
业务分项
财报显示，汽车零售及融资业务上半年录得营收5.27亿元，同比下降13.1%。公告披露，主要系国内乘用车库存结构优化、销售策略趋于谨慎所致。汽车相关业务（含经营租赁及其他汽⻋相关服务）营收达到1.38亿元，同比增长32.8%，在长短期租赁、网约车租赁等领域均保持了稳定增长势头。汽⻋直接零售业务收入为96.5百万元，同比增长63.7%，公司在海外销售组织能力与供应链布局持续强化，海外市场需求增长显著带动此部分业务增收。
