Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development Company Limited (“Bay Area Dev”) has released its Interim Report covering the six-month period ended 30 June 2026.

The full English and Chinese versions are now accessible on both the company’s designated publication site (https://sihbay.aconnect.com.hk) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Non-registered shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will find a hard copy enclosed with the notice dated 18 September 2026.

In line with amendments to Listing Rule 2.07A that took effect on 31 December 2023, Bay Area Dev has formally adopted electronic dissemination as the default mode for all future corporate communications. Printed documents will be supplied only upon specific request.

Shareholders preferring hard copies must complete and return the enclosed Reply Form—or email sihbay.ecom@computershare.com.hk—to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Each request remains valid for one year from the date of receipt.

Non-registered shareholders are urged to provide functional email addresses to their respective intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited). Until a valid email address is recorded, such investors will not receive publication notifications and must manually monitor the company’s and HKEXnews websites for updates.
