联合公告显示，因尚需额外时间敲定独立财务顾问就要约致独立董事委员会的意见函件，以及补充本集团债务声明等内容，已向相关监管机构申请延期并获得意向同意。要约人及相关方会在适当时机就上述综合文件的寄发安排做进一步发布。
