7Road Announces Additional Share Buyback; Total Repurchases Reach 5.43 Million Shares under 2025 Mandate

7Road Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 20,000 ordinary shares on 13 May 2026 via on-market transactions at HKD 0.57 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 11,400.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 2,753.20 million shares, as the repurchased stock is pending cancellation.

Cumulative activity under the current buyback mandate (approved on 20 May 2025) now stands at 5.43 million shares, equivalent to 0.20% of the company’s issued share base at the time the mandate was granted. The repurchases, executed between 8 April and 13 May 2026, were completed at prices ranging from HKD 0.56 to HKD 0.76 per share.

The mandate permits repurchases of up to 275.32 million shares; the company has utilised roughly 2.0% of this limit to date. In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, 7Road is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 12 June 2026.
