10月21日，港股上午盘三大指数继续昨日大反弹行情，恒生科技指数再度领衔，午间大幅上涨2.6%，恒生指数涨1.65%重上26000点大关，国企指数涨1.79%。
截止午间收盘，港股期权半日成交超47.2万张，其中，腾讯控股成交量居首，期权成交5.65万张；阿里巴巴-W名列次席，期权成交5.64万张；小米集团-W位居第三，期权成交3.63万张。
内险股涨幅居前，中国人寿大涨逾7%，中国平安涨近4%；期权方面，中国平安半日成交超2.2万张、中国人寿成交1.88万张，认购期权成交活跃；
宁德时代绩后股价大涨逾4%，该公司第三季度实现营收1041.86亿元，今年以来首次重回千亿，同比增长12.90%；归母净利润185.5亿元，同比增长41.21%。
期权方面：宁德时代半日成交逾1.24万张，其中于12月30日到期570港元行使价的认购期权成交居前，成交超1000张。
