截至会议日，公司已发行股份总数为1,007,777,778股，其中A股758,077,778股，H股249,700,000股。共有236名股东（含现场及网络）出席并投票，合计持有485,899,142股股份，占公司已发行股份总数的48.21%。
会议的召集和召开程序、出席人员资格及表决程序均被国浩律师（南京）事务所出具法律意见书确认合法有效。香港中央证券登记有限公司担任监票人，并对表决结果的数学计算准确性进行核实。
