海事建築工程业务营收46.6百万港元，相比去年同期85.0百万港元出现明显下滑，主要原因在于大型项目数量减少；其他土木工程业务营收11.4百万港元，对比去年同期16.7百万港元，降幅主要源自赤鱲角机场三跑道系统项目进展放缓；船隻租賃服务业务营收0.1百万港元，较去年同期的6.1百万港元大幅下滑，此前大型租赁项目已于上一年度完成；康养服务业务营收1.24百万港元，相比去年同期的0.33百万港元增长约276.6%，主要因公司持续探索康养领域所致。
