名创优品（09896.HK）3月13日晚披露截至2025年12月31日止财政年度的初步未经审计业绩。公告显示，公司预计2025财年收入介乎214.40亿元至214.45亿元，同比增长约26%。
经营利润预计为33.00亿元至33.05亿元；经调整经营利润（剔除以权益结算的股份支付开支）预计为36.65亿元至36.75亿元。
受投资永辉超市股份有限公司的亏损、TOP TOY股份激励及优先股公允价值变动、股票挂钩证券相关利息等影响，名创优品预计2025财年年内利润为13.20亿元至13.30亿元，低于上一财年的26.35亿元。公司预计经调整净利润（剔除前述特殊项目）为28.90亿元至29.00亿元。
业务表现方面，2026年首两个月，公司延续增长势头：内地市场名创优品品牌GMV同比增长逾25%，同店GMV录得至少高单位数增长；北美市场（美国）GMV同比增长逾50%，同店GMV同比提升至少20%。
