2026年8月16日，健康160（02656）发布正面盈利预告称，根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月（报告期）的未经审阅综合管理账目及现有资料的初步评估，预计期内将录得净利润约人民币1.0百万元至3.0百万元；而截至2025年6月30日止六个月（去年同期）则录得期内亏损人民币19.6百万元。
公司表示，报告期内经营表现较去年同期大幅改善并实现转亏为盈，主要因持续优化业务结构。「160AI医院」运营合作医院数量的快速增长，带动付费合作医疗健康机构数量稳步提升，推动了高毛利业务板块——数字医疗健康解决方案收入的整体增长。
受上述因素带动，报告期内集团毛利同比增加约人民币20.0百万元至24.0百万元，较去年同期同比增长约31.2%至37.5%。
公司强调，本次盈利预告基于未经过审计的管理账目及其他现有资料作出的初步评估，相关财务数据尚未经过独立核数师审核或审核委员会审阅，最终结果或与本公告数据存在差异。健康160计划于2026年8月底前披露截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩报告。
