本季度信息
万邦投资（00158）公布的财报显示，截至2026年3月31日止六个月营收约8,152.20万元，同比下降0.5%。经调整净利润为2,007.80万元，相较上年同期的亏损14,151.30万元，期间实现扭亏为盈。同期毛利约5,773.50万元，同比下降7.6%，主要原因在于租金收益小幅下滑及相关营运成本上升所致。集团运营成本为2,378.70万元，同比增加约22.4%；行政费用为918.80万元，较上年同期699.50万元增长约31.4%。撇除投资物业公允价值变动影响，来自租赁业务的核心营业溢利同比下滑14.0%，至5,122.00万元。
业务分项
集团在香港地区的业务集中于房地产投资，主要物业包括位于中环万邦行及金利商业大厦，两处商场及写字楼于期内平均出租率分别达91.0%和76.0%。此外，集团亦持有位于中国内地佛山的高尔夫球场及周边物业的股权，持续推进当地商业和住宅项目开发，相关项目已进入全面运营与销售阶段。
