润华生活服务集团控股有限公司（润华服务，02455）在最新公告中披露，计划为董事会授予一项股份购回的一般授权，最多可回购该公司已发行股本总数的10%。公司于香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市，公告显示该回购授权将提交给2026年6月3日召开的股东周年大会审议。
截至2026年4月27日，公司已发行股份总数约3亿股，如董事在授权通过后行使该授权，公司回购股份上限将达到约3000万股。公告指出，回购所需资金将根据开曼群岛公司法及上市规则等规定，从可合法用于股份回购的资金中拨付。公司表示，开展股份购回的主要目的是提升股东回报与资本效率，董事会认为此举符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
根据公告，润华服务自2025年4月至2026年4月的股份最高收盘价约为每股0.87港元，最低为每股0.57港元。董事会表示，后续将审视市况决定是否及何时进行任何购回。公司将于2026年5月29日至6月3日暂时停止办理股份过户登记，以确定符合出席和表决股东周年大会的股东名单。
