TK GROUP HLDG (02283) announced that Mr. Lu Gongshan has been appointed as the Group's Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, and has also been nominated as a member of the Remuneration Committee, effective from January 1, 2026. Meanwhile, Mr. Weng Jianxiang has resigned as the company's CEO but will continue to serve as an Executive Director.
