朝聚眼科医疗控股有限公司(02219)于2025年12月9日发布翌日披露报表，显示公司当日于香港联交所回购120,000股普通股，最高回购价每股2.66港元，最低回购价每股2.62港元，合计支付约31.66万港元。本次回购股份占公司现有已发行股本约0.017%。
根据公告，回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数维持在707,510,500股，回购但尚未注销的股份累计达到1,080,000股。公司回购授权于2025年6月6日获股东大会通过，当时可供回购的股份数量为70,751,050股，目前已回购数量占当日已发行股本约0.153%。公告称上述回购行为符合上市规则及相关法律规定。
