吉利汽车控股有限公司于2026年3月24日公告，基于2023年4月28日采纳的认股权计划，当日合计发行新股1,803,900股。其中包括公司集团雇员行使认股权所增发的1,614,400股，占发行前已发行股本约0.01497%；以及关联实体参与者行使认股权所增发的189,500股，占发行前已发行股本约0.00176%。上述股份每股发行价均为9.56港元。
发行完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）增至10,788,641,697股，库藏股数量维持45,351,000股，总股本相应为10,833,992,697股。公司确认，相关发行已根据董事会授权进行，并遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及其他适用法律法规的要求。
