9月11日，映恩生物-B午后拉升一度涨超15%，股价逼近500港元，续创上市以来新高。
映恩生物发布公告，自2025年9月8日起，公司股份将获恒生指数有限公司纳入恒生综合指数成份股及被调入沪港通下港股通标的名单。公告表示，股份获纳入恒生综合指数及沪港通合资格证券，代表资本市场对公司表现及价值的高度认同，中国内地合资格投资者从而可以透过上交所直接投资于香港联交所上市的股份。预期该项纳入将进一步扩大公司的投资者基础，并有望增加股份的交易流通量。
海通国际发布研报称，映恩生物中期间营收12.3亿元，主要由于确认了DB-1418授权Avenzo的首付款5000万美元以及DB-1303国内权益授权三生制药的首付款 2000万美元。公司期内亏损大幅增加主要来自以公允价值计量且变动计入当期损益的金融负债公允价值变动。考虑到未来潜在的BD交易里程碑及销售分成收入，公司目前持有的37.5亿元现金足以支撑未来3~5年的临床及早期研发投入。该行指出，公司和BioNTech合作的管线稳步推进，早期分子有望展露潜力。
