BJ ENT WATER completes RMB1.50 billion five-year medium-term notes issue at 1.94% coupon

Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited (BJ ENT WATER) has finalized the issuance of its 2026 Medium-term Notes Series 1 to qualified investors on 13 April 2026.
The notes carry a total principal of RMB1.50 billion, a five-year tenor maturing in April 2031, and an annual coupon rate of 1.94%.
According to the company, the proceeds will be used to repay interest-bearing debt. Details of the issuance have been disclosed on the China Money and Shanghai Clearing House websites.
The company’s board currently consists of seven executive directors, one non-executive director and five independent non-executive directors, with Mr. Xiong Bin serving as Chairman.
The announcement was released in Hong Kong on 14 April 2026.
