Kafelaku Coffee Keeps Share Capital Stable in April; 10,000 New Shares Allotted Under Incentive Scheme

Hong Kong – Kafelaku Coffee Holding Limited filed its monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that the company’s capital structure remained broadly unchanged during the month.

Total authorised share capital was unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing authorised capital of HKD 20.00 million.

The number of issued ordinary shares stood at 1.41025 billion, identical to the level reported at the end of March. There were no treasury shares on the balance sheet.

Within the period, 10,000 new shares were issued under the share scheme approved on 24 May 2024. The allotment did not alter the month-end total, indicating offsetting adjustments within the existing share base.

No share options, warrants, or convertible instruments were outstanding or exercised, and no other share movements were reported.

Kafelaku Coffee confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25 per cent public-float requirement as of 30 April 2026.
