中国铁塔（00788）宣布2026年中期每股派息0.19122元人民币

2026年8月11日，中国铁塔股份有限公司（00788）发布公告称，将就截至2026年6月30日止六个月派发中期股息，每股人民币0.19122元。按公布汇率1人民币兑1.15522港元计算，对应港元派息为每股0.220901港元。

本次派息属于普通股息，不需股东额外批准。除净日定于2026年9月4日；最后过户登记时限为2026年9月7日16:30；股份过户登记将于2026年9月8日至9月11日暂停办理；记录日期为2026年9月11日；股息派发日为2026年10月30日。

公告同时列明股息代扣所得税安排： 1. 非居民企业股东（非中国内地登记地址）适用10%税率； 2. 非中国内地登记地址的个人股东，如属与中国签订10%股息税率税收协定的国家/地区居民，或属与中国签订低于10%税率协定的居民，公司将按10%代扣个人所得税； 3. 若为与中国签订20%税率协定的居民、未签订任何协定的居民或其他情况，代扣税率为20%； 4. 内地个人投资者通过港股通持有公司H股取得股息，代扣税率为20%。

香港中央证券登记有限公司（香港湾仔皇后大道东183号合和中心17楼1712-1716室）负责股份过户登记事务。

中国铁塔现任董事包括执行董事张志勇（董事长）、陈力（总经理）、尹文凯；非执行董事程建军、苗守野、栾晓维、房小兵；独立非执行董事裴振江、胡章宏、张薇、文步高。
