EDA集团控股(股份代号：2505)于2026年3月2日宣布，再次与合营公司PT Flexlogis Investment签订借款协议II，计划提供最高0.6亿元借款，期限从协议生效日起至2031年3月1日，并以年利率5.0%计息。该笔资金主要用于进一步收购与建设印尼物流仓储设施，以及满足日常营运开支与营运资金需求。
根据公告，EDA集团控股已在2026年1月5日与PT Flexlogis Investment签订另一份借款协议I，金额为0.08615亿元，期限至2031年1月4日，年利率同为5.0%。由于两笔借款均在12个月内向同一借款人提供且性质相似，合计0.68615亿元，满足香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则所规定之须予披露交易标准。
PT Flexlogis Investment是EDA集团控股在印度尼西亚的合营公司，主要为跨境物流和仓储提供解决方案。EDA集团控股指出，此次财务资助可支持相关业务的持续发展，并通过在借款协议中订明资金使用与提前还款等条款，加强对资金的监控与风险管理。
