中通快递(开曼)有限公司（于开曼群岛注册成立以不同投票权控制的有限责任公司，股票名称：中通快递-W，股份代号：02057）2026年9月4日公告称，该公司于美国时间2026年9月3日在纽约证券交易所回购美国存托股份共计471,746股，代表同等数量的A类普通股，约占回购事项发生前公司已发行股份总数763,430,906股（包括557,330,906股A类普通股及206,100,000股B类普通股）的0.06%。本次回购每股价格介于20.50美元至20.93美元，总耗资约9,801,938.39美元（折合约980.19万美元）。
据公告显示，上述回购基于公司股东于2026年6月16日通过的购回授权（可购回76,599,956股），截至目前公司已累计回购6,502,810股，占该授权通过当日已发行股份总数的0.8489%。公告并声明，本次回购已遵守所有适用的上市规则及相关法律。公告由联席公司秘书李送霏签署。
