截至本月底，公司已发行普通股总数由上月底的13.6651亿股增至13.7233亿股，增加部分为行使股权激励所发行的582.025万股。公司当月无回购或注销股份，库存股份数量保持为零。
公告同时披露，2026年1月期间，公司根据其认股权计划和股份奖励计划，合计行使认股权后新增股份582.025万股，所得资金合计约384.45万港元。公司确认已遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定。
