灵宝黄金集团股份有限公司（下称“灵宝黄金(一百)”，股票代码：03330）于2026年3月12日发布翌日披露报表，披露因可转换债券转换而新增发行股份。根据公告，公司向可换股债券持有人按每股港币17.83元的转换价，合计转换港币78,000,000元债券，对应新发行4,374,645股普通股，占原已发行股本约0.39%。
