Ocumension reports stable share base and sufficient public float in July 2026 disclosure

Ocumension Therapeutics filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer covering the period to 31 July 2026, confirming no change in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remains at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001 each, representing total authorised capital of USD 50,000.

Issued share capital also stayed unchanged at 836.33 million shares, comprising 815.38 million shares in circulation and 20.95 million held in treasury. With no share issuances, cancellations, or treasury movements recorded in July, the board confirmed that the public-float level continues to exceed the Main Board’s 25 per cent requirement.

Equity incentive activity was limited. Under the 2018 Employee Stock Option Plan, 13.32 million options remained outstanding with no grants, exercises, cancellations or lapses. The 2021 Share Option Scheme reported 45.30 million outstanding options, a marginal reduction of 27,402 options due to lapses; there were no grants, exercises or cancellations.

The 2021 Share Award Scheme recorded 16.34 million unvested share awards outstanding at month-end, after 13,802 awards lapsed during the period. No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred to satisfy awards.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-related instruments were outstanding or exercised, and no other equity movements were recorded for the month.
